Terms and Conditions - You must read this carefully!

BuxBunny PTC Advertising - Terms and Conditions of supply:

  • Multiple Joins
    You are not allowed to create any more than 1 account. You cannot simply re-create your account later if it was previously deleted, this will be construed as multiple account activity. You are allowed ONE account per address, this includes IP, email, PayPal, and residential addresses!

  • Payments by Country
    If your country is listed on the countries page then you cannot be paid in cash, however you can redeem your cash balance for points and make advertising purchases only! We CANNOT pay Cash to black-listed countries! Your request will be denied! Please use the points converter instead, to avoid losing your balance.

  • Payouts
    Payments will be made via Paypal at the beginning of each week, and only to the email address that you signed up with. Please ensure that your signup email address is a verified PayPal email account to receive your payments with. Only the Admin can change your email address at a later date!
    If your email address is NOT your verified Paypal account email, then you will not be paid!
    Members requesting an email address change, cannot request a Payout for 30 days from the date of change!
    Members MUST cash-out once they reach the minimum payout threshold. We are NOT a bank, and will not carry funds for over 30 days. Failure to request an earnings payment after the 30 days have expired will result in a zero account balance.

  • Forced Payments
    BuxBunny uses a "Forced Payout" system for your protection. Once your balance reaches our minimum payout threshold, you must cash out or convert to points before any more earning links are available.
    Overbalance accounts will not be able to view links!

  • PayPal
    Your email account must be the same as your PayPal account! We only pay to your signup email account!
    IMPORTANT: Your PayPal email address must be a PAYPAL VERIFIED ACCOUNT, else you will NOT be paid!
    You can verify your email account at the PayPal site.
    We hand check each and every payout request for PayPal verification prior to payment!!!!!

  • False Representing
    We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals, nor will we tolerate anyone with collective referred boost accounts.
    False representation also includes the use of a proxy server to mis-represent residential countries.

  • Cheating
    With our *NEW* tougher anti-cheating system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all your earnings and purchases, have your account suspended or terminated, and possibly even ban the user from our network. Cheating would include any of the following:
  • Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
  • Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.
  • Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.
  • We work closely with the AFP and INTERPOL in monitoring the use of bots and software such as M*****KON, M********KER, A*******K etc.
  • Web sites found to promote cheat or illicit activities are reported to the above authorities. We are supporters of the Australian Government's Federal Government Scamwatch site.
  • Countries known to refuge scammers will be blocked at random.
  • Be warned that select random verified cheat accounts will still be permitted to operate for scrutineering and observation purposes without being alerted, but will not be able to cash out nor redeem points.

  • Proxy Servers
    The use of proxy server(s) to access our site for monetary gain is forbidden. Your account will be automatically cancelled.
    NOTE: We engage external specialists to monitor our web servers for proxy and illicit activity, with a high success rate. Be warned!
    There is nothing worse for you other than reaching payout level, then being discovered as a proxy account!

  • Hacking
    Hacking includes attempted site security breaches, flooding, DDOS, the use of scripting codes to infiltrate or modify the outcomes of the site, and any attempted alteration or modification of any site scripts, pages, content or data. Hackers will have their account terminated, and their recorded information turned over to the appropriate authorities in both their country and ours.

  • Spam
    We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates and issues with the site. We expect you to be the same with our contact information, and if any spam emails are received at any address we use are traced back to you, then you are violating our services provided in accordance with Federal Government regulations.

    NOTE: In fact, anyone contravening the above items will simply have their account(s) terminated instantly and all accrued earnings and purchases forfeited, with no further correspondence being entered into!

  • Inactive Accounts
    IMPORTANT: If your account has been in-active for more than 21 days, your account will be cancelled.
    If your account has been in-active for more than 30 days, your earnings will be cleared, your advertising deleted, and your account deleted.
    We are only interested in active clickers! Accounts not showing clicks will be cancelled. Daily "Logins" alone do NOT constitute "Active"
    Both our advertisers and members with referals need active clickers!
    New accounts showing no click activity within 3 days of activation, will be deemed "sleeper" accounts, and automatically cancelled as inactive!

  • Advertising Terms
    -- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
    -- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
    -- The website must be in English.
    -- The website must not contain or promote any viruses or malware
    -- The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
    -- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit
    -- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
    -- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms. -- Banner Ads and Links must not contain code or XML. -- The website Banner Image must not be slow to load from other countries.

  • Accepted Countries and Languages, Miscellaneous
    -- We reserve the right to refuse site entry to users from countries known to host scammers and spammers.
    -- We reserve the right to refuse cash payouts to users from those countries, and recommend payout in points to the value of instead.
    -- We are unable to provide alternative languages, and consequentially present this site in English.
    -- By accepting membership here, it is assumed that you can read and write English, and accept these Terms and Conditions as well.
    -- All links, banners, and advertisments must link to sites created in English, or with an English language option.
    -- Many of our members and advertisers only speak/read English, so links to non-conforming sites will be deleted, without any refund(s) being due.
    -- Sites and content in other languages will be automatically deemed as un-acceptable without interpretation, for the protection of visiting members and their family members.

  • Subject to change
    This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we may send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
